Enjoy a magnificent Mallard
Banquet with the finest prepared fresh traditional Scottish foods
and spectacular Highland Pipers to amaze all recipients.
A selection of seafood hors d’oeuvres will be followed with
traditional cock-a-leekie soup. The haggis will then be served followed
by roast sirloin of Scottish beef, which will be carved in the room.
A delicious Scottish sweet - cranachan will then be served and to
finish coffee and homemade fudge.
