| A magnificent Highland Banquet at Dingwall town hall
inspired Ross County Football Club to aquire the Mallard's first-rate
catering services for the Club's corporate hospitality. Such is the success of this partnership that the Mallard now receives many enquiries about their catering services which has in turn led to the creation of the Mallard Outdoor Catering Services, covering everything from small finger buffets to wedding catering, corporate hospitality and Highland Banquets. |
The Mallard Outdoor Catering Services have now catered for weddings at the Strathpeffer Pavilion (including chef Nick's own) and the Dingwall British Legion, lots of birthday parties and family events and have recently completed a weekend catering event at Golspie for the ABkC Championships. This event included a Highland Banquet where 350 people from Scotland, England, Ireland and Wales sat down to an amazing 5-course Banquet. "It was great to see so many English, Irish and Welsh people enjoying a traditional Scottish Banquet" said Nick, "It was a very successful event." |
