 A Golfer of any ability. It would be helpful if they were keen to get better as this is important for the lessons to work most effectively.

If the person is a beginner instead of screening them I do an Introduction to Golf which involves some basic instruction and a history of other sports or skills which can transfer to Golf. This helps me to structure the series of lessons at the correct pace.

For the person it allows them to meet me and relax them about what is to come during the sessions.

For the experienced Golfer there is a 2 hour interview to screen for weaknesses. Included is putting analysis with the SAM putting Lab. This is one of only 5 such systems in Scotland and among other features can deal with the ‘yips’ so should be of interest to any Golfer who has suffered.

Also the player will hit short and longer approach
shots and Driving ability will also be looked at.
Video analysis is through the V1 Golf system.
Videos are kept on file for future comparison
if a swing change has been made.

Balls are provided by Titleist and
either Pro V1 or NXT are used depending on preference.
